What’s the story? In order to promote their range of IT support services for new small to medium businesses, we developed a targeted Direct Mail campaign for Advantage that included an engaging letter outlining a ‘FREE 2 hour IT consultation’ to customers. This gave the Advantage sales team a foot in the door, to meet new prospects and book time with them. The campaign also included a referral coffee voucher to clients that recommended the Advantage experience.
